Managing creative and campaign workstreams across Azure, Security, and Developer lines of business — coordinating between internal program leads and external agency partners, including Vayner Media and Assembly. Responsible for asset tracking, SharePoint architecture, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and end-to-end documentation standards across a high-volume program environment.
Communications Director, Board of Directors — WRISE PDX February 2025–Present
Leading all external communications and stakeholder outreach for WRISE Oregon-Portland, an organization embedded in the Pacific Northwest energy ecosystem. Currently co-producing two events at Pacific Northwest Climate Week 2026 in partnership with DNV, Vestas, and PGE — including a Women in Leadership & Future of Energy gathering and a community-centered Energy Empowerment Event.

Meet Alicia Kavon, Your Transformation Partner
Kavon Business Consulting was founded by Alicia Kavon — a Portland-based Project Management Professional (PMP) whose career spans Fortune 500 technology companies, regional energy and healthcare organizations, and the community-rooted small businesses she's most passionate about serving.
Her professional range is unusual by design. She's managed a $2.5M global program at Microsoft, led a four-state M&A integration at PacificSource Health Plans, and built systems that reduced manual processes by 30% and improved leadership visibility by 40%. She brings all of that operational rigor to her consulting clients — scaled to fit where they actually are, not where a corporate framework assumes they should be.
At the same time, Alicia spent over a decade founding and operating Pilates studios in Memphis and Portland. She knows what it feels like to run a small business on limited resources — to make the hard calls, to wear every hat, to build something meaningful from the ground up. That experience doesn't leave you. It shapes every single engagement at KBC.
Today, alongside her consulting practice, Alicia serves as Communications Director on the Board of WRISE PDX, leading stakeholder outreach across Oregon's Pacific Northwest energy community. She is also actively embedded at Microsoft as an Operations & Campaign Project Manager, where she manages cross-functional workstreams across three lines of business. Both roles reflect the same thing she brings to her clients: the ability to hold complexity with care, communicate clearly across very different audiences, and keep moving forward with intention.
