Kavon Business Consulting was established by Alicia Kavon, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of leadership experience across technology, healthcare, higher education, and entrepreneurship—including enterprise-level implementations with Fortune 500 companies.

After 13 years of small business ownership, Alicia intimately understands the operational challenges entrepreneurs face when establishing and scaling in competitive markets. She founded KBC to address a critical gap: helping multicultural and woman-owned businesses build sustainable operations that honor their unique vision.
